Last year focussed on widening your sphere of influence where carer was concerned. Ideally you would have embraced new opportunities, especially where connected to education, teaching, publishing, broadcasting or travel.

You should have tasted some greater career sense and a new sense of confidence in your own abilities. There can even be a tendency to measure your happiness by career success, or achievement.

This year, whilst not taking the lens entirely away from your professional world, will see you networking a little more than before. You also stand to make a little more money from your efforts, which should come as good news. That's because there was no shortage of work last year, and sometimes it was difficult to delegate, as you discovered to your dismay.

No-one else had the necessary skills. Even you were learning on the job. Look toward a greater support network now and playing more as a team member.

Senior partners, or older workmates can also be of great assistance. Learn from them, without having them curb your style.
